| Mode of Action | Contaf Plus inhibits sterol biosynthesis by targeting the enzyme 14α-demethylase. This blocks the conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol, a vital fungal cell membrane component, causing cell membrane dysfunction and fungal death. |
