Colfos is a ready-to-use combi insecticide from PI Industries, and the first insecticide combination in India featuring Ethion as a combination partner. It exhibits a synergistic effect with both contact and stomach action, offering fast knockdown and effective control of hard-to-manage pests.

Technical Details

• Technical Content: Ethion 40% + Cypermethrin 5% EC

Mode of Action

• Ethion: A non-systemic insecticide with predominant contact action. It inhibits the enzyme Acetylcholinesterase, blocking nerve impulse transmission in insects.
• Cypermethrin: A sodium channel modulator that keeps sodium channels open, causing hyperexcitation and, in some cases, nerve blockage.
