Humic vs. Fulvic Acids
Though they serve different functions, humic and fulvic acids work best together. Humic acid improves cell wall permeability and unlocks soil nutrients, allowing fulvic acid to transport nutrients into the plant more effectively.
Is Compost the Same as Humic Acid?
No. Humate is richer in humic acids and carbon content compared to compost, making it far more effective as a soil enhancer.

Application Guidance

Recommended Application Rates
- Agriculture: 40 kg/acre (100 kg/ha) annually; 18 kg/acre (45 kg/ha) for in-furrow and side dressing
- Turf Grass: 10 kg per 1000 ft² every 3 months
- Hydroseeding: 180–270 kg/acre (450–675 kg/ha)
- Horticulture: Mix 2–5% with potting soil or apply 1% with seed
Note: Compatible with most fertilizers, nutrients, pesticides, herbicides, and defoliants. Can be used year-round for all plant types, including vegetables, trees, and vines. May cause staining.
