Mode of Action
KARATHANE Gold acts as an uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation, disrupting the fungi’s electrochemical balance. This inhibits the formation of energy-rich ATP, affecting respiration and cell wall formation in the fungal cells, ultimately stopping their growth and reproduction.
