PIXO Herbicide Technical Details
Technical Name: Pyrithiobac Sodium 10% SC
Mode of Action: Pixo is absorbed by the roots and shoots and translocated to growing points. Pixo inhibits the Enzyme Acetolactete Synthase (ALS) involved in amino acid synthesis. Amino acid synthesis is blocked and hence weed growth is arrested.
