Overview
Premium Azoto is a free-living, nitrogen-fixing aerobic bacterium that enriches soil fertility by fixing atmospheric nitrogen and reducing the need for chemical fertilizers like urea. It also suppresses harmful soil pathogens, lowering disease incidence in crops.
Mode of Action
- Fixes atmospheric nitrogen by releasing ammonia into the soil.
- Produces phytohormones such as Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), Gibberellins, and Cytokinins to promote plant growth.
- Generates antifungal substances that inhibit soil pathogens like Alternaria, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Sclerotinia, Curvularia, and Helminthosporium.
- Exerts antagonism against phytopathogens via siderophore production, antifungal compounds, and enzyme induction.
Target Crops
Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Cotton, Potato, Millets, Vegetables, Grapes, Banana, Pomegranate, Oranges, Plantation Crops, Fiber and Oil-producing Crops.

Application & Dosage (Liquid Formulation)

Compatibility
- Incompatible with chemical antibiotics like Streptocyclin and Validamycin when coated on seeds.
