About the Product

PerfoSil is an Ecocert-certified plant immunity and yield booster based on bio-available stabilized silica, equivalent to 3% Ortho Silicic Acid upon absorption. It helps plants withstand biotic and abiotic stress, strengthens their immune system, and enhances nutrient uptake.

Proven effective for a wide range of crops such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, cereals, pulses, legumes, cotton, sugarcane, tea, etc., in both greenhouse and open field cultivation.

Mode of Action

• Facilitates uptake and transport of water & nutrients to all plant parts after foliar spray.
• Reduces transpiration and optimizes water management by thickening leaves.
• Accumulates in the leaf cuticle & epidermis, increasing resistance against insect attacks.
• Damages the jaws of sucking mites/insects, preventing leaf chewing and biting.

Dosage & Application

• Seed Dip: 1 ml/litre for 30 minutes, remove, shake dry, and sow.
• Sapling Dip: 1 ml/litre, dip roots, remove, shake, and transplant.
• Foliar Spray: 1 ml/litre.
• Drip Irrigation: 1 ml/litre, apply half an hour before stopping the drip cycle.

PerfoSil Stability

Silica is stable only at high pH; in nature, it polymerizes quickly upon contact with CO₂. Most silica formulations are acidic, leading to fast polymerization and low shelf life. PerfoSil is stabilized at highly alkaline pH, ensuring stability for up to 4 years with 3% silica content — significantly higher than competitors (0.8–1%).
