Mode of Action
Chlorothalonil is a multi-site inhibitor that interferes with several enzyme systems and vital metabolic functions within fungal cells. It works by:
- Inhibiting spore germination
- Damaging fungal cell membranes

- Tikka leaf spot and rust in groundnut
- Early and late blight in potato
- Scab in apple
- Anthracnose and other common fruit rots
