Product Description
Trishul is a biofertilizer containing Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) that forms a symbiotic association with plant roots to improve nutrient and water uptake, especially phosphorus.
Technical Content
- Active Ingredient: Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM)
Key Benefits
- Enhances phosphorus uptake, leading to higher concentration in plants.
- Acts as an extended root system to absorb nutrients and water during stress conditions.
- Induces resistance to fungal root diseases such as wilt and rot.
- Helps suppress nematode infestations.
Recommended Crops

Dosage & Application Methods
Application Type | Dosage | Instructions |
---|---|---|

Drip Irrigation (Drenching) | 1 litre | Mix in 200 litres of water and apply via drip for one acre. |
Mode of Action
VAM fungi form a mutualistic relationship with plant roots, significantly increasing the root surface area. This allows for better absorption of nutrients, particularly phosphorus, and enhances plant resilience under stress conditions.
