Product Description

Shine Brand seeds produce tomatoes that are red with green shoulders, flat round in shape, determinate in growth habit, with a slightly sour taste. The plants are tolerant to common viruses and diseases, with fruit maturity in 55–60 days after transplanting.

Growing Conditions

• Temperature: Optimal germination occurs between 18°C – 26°C. Proper color formation requires 26°C – 32°C. Growth is restricted if temperature exceeds 35°C or drops below 15.5°C.
• Soil: Suitable for all soil types (light sandy to heavy clay). Best growth in well-drained, fertile, organic-rich soil with pH 6.0 – 7.0. Moderately tolerant to acidic soils (pH 5.5).
• Irrigation: Maintain moderately moist soil. In summer, irrigate every 3–4 days; in winter/spring, every 10–15 days. Adequate irrigation during flowering & fruiting is critical for yield.
• Isolation: Maintain 50m isolation for foundation seed and 25m for certified seed between varieties.
• Drying & Storage: Dry seeds in sun (10–12% moisture) or dryer (7–8% moisture). Store at 8–10% moisture in moisture-proof containers.
